Reiki is a form of energy healing, connecting to the universal life force energy that flows through all living things. It is pure love energy, channelled through the practitioners body to facilitate your healing.

You might choose to get Reiki with me if you’re feeling blocked or stuck, especially when you’re trying to move forward but can’t quite figure out what’s standing in your way or wanting to unlock a deeper level of your gifts. Many of my clients are healers, space holders, and change makers (or don't know they are yet...) —people with a bigger purpose than themselves who are looking to expand their gifts and unlock their true potential. They come to me because they want to clear the energy holding them back, so they can step into their full power, become the creators of their lives, and live in alignment with their true blueprint. DISTANCE REIKI ENERGY BALANCE
Using Distance Reiki, Katherine connects to your energy via Zoom. This is just like an in person Reiki session. There is no time and space in the quantum field. You will receive the same beautiful healing as if you were face to face.

Ensure you have a place that you can lie down and relax without being disturbed, while receiving the healing. Its a lovely idea to diffuse some oils or play some soft relaxing music to create a zen vibe for your session.

REIKI CHAKRA BALANCE
Chakra Balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on clearing and balancing the chakras. When we talk about healing chakras it refers to treating your energetic body. The body is not only made up of the physical body but also an energy body.

A blockage in the energy flow of the chakras can lead to an imbalance and disharmony in our physical, mental and spiritual bodies. These disturbances can be caused by stress, trauma or a painful experience. If all of these chakras are balanced and clear your energy can flow freely and you will feel well and energised. When any of the chakras become blocked you can experience pain both emotionally and physically.

This healing brings the body’s Chakras back into alignment through Reiki healing, crystals and emotional clearing as guided... so that the energy flows again without disturbance.

EMOTIONAL LIBERATION
A beautiful guided process of breaking through layers of emotions, and getting to the root of the cause. Re-occurring emotions, triggers and patterns can play out without us knowing why. This transformational technique focuses on releasing emotions and forgiveness. It creates beautiful insights into these re-occurring feelings, patterns and situations in our reality that can cause stress, discomfort and even disease in our lives.
When these emotions causing discomfort are released for the body and the DNA altered, your body can re balance and heal itself. Most move forward feeling lighter, and respond differently to future emotional issues or situations.

PAST LIFE DISCOVERY
Delve into your previous lives and see how your past experiences are affecting your current reality. Difficult situations and patterns can emerge within day to day life in order to address issues that have gone unresolved through lifetime after lifetime. Our past lives can have a massive impact on our present life.
The shifts this process creates can be life changing. As we have evolved we have gained the knowledge that the source of our emotional challenges mostly come from past lifetimes. We can now easily and painlessly access them, get to the core of emotional issue and resolved the karma your soul wants you to work through. Without clearing this karma we will likely continue to repeat the same patterns over and over. This karma carried over from our previous lives is vibrational energy that requires clearing, teaching us lessons and knowledge, building our wisdom, so we evolve as a soul.
