Reiki is woven and infused into every aspect of my life and cooking is no exception. Here is a collection of cookbooks I've created over the last 5 years. Creating beauty within my food, especially with healthy sweet treats. It is a big passion of mine! Creating recipes was a great help in fine tuning my intuition when putting together flavours. Recipes came together a lot faster, when tapping into my inner voice/guidance, than just with trial and error. It was a great spiritual practice. Food can be enjoyable, nourishing, healthy and healing at the same time! My whole heart goes into creating these beautiful recipes, I know you will love them just as much and I loved creating them.
