A night of MOVEMENT, MEDITATION, REIKI & SOUND HEALING.
Sharleen and Katherine hold this space for you to let go. To realise what no longer serves. This sacred container was created for you to come as you are, just as YOU. We HOLD you and we SEE you. This is a circle of safety and support for women to show up at their happiest and at their ugliest. You don’t just come when you feel good, you come when you don’t, because you are not alone…. and you leave feeling lighter,
loved and supported.
It's also so much FUN! Guided meditation, conscious connection, full moon releasing ceremony, sound bath, relaxation, oracles cards… I don’t know about you but all things we love to do!
Our Full Moon Mumma's circle's are held every month on the Friday or Saturday night closest to the full moon. We may not always be exactly on a full moon date but we can connect with our intention to the power of the full moon period.

A BIT ABOUT THE HOSTS...
SHARLEEN of HEALING MINDS & WELLNESS is a Mindfulness Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Usui Reiki & Seichim Reiki Healer and Sound Healer who offers channeled sound through her Crystal Sound bowls. Sharleen is passionate about mental health and self healing. She has always known that helping people was her soul’s calling. Healing within the mental heath space naturally developed, after having her own journey through this space.

KATHERINE of WEAVING MAGIC REIKI HEALING is a fellow Leo and mum of an energetic 5 year old and wife. She is a Reiki Master/Teacher who loves inspiring and empowering souls to heal and evolve with the beautiful healing energy of Usui and Seichim Reiki. Katherine is passionate about holding space to bring like minded women together in circle and for sharing her guided meditations within a group for healing and connection. She has been called to empower women to step into their light and reclaim their power as Divine creators.
